All in-stock items ordered before 12 pm EST will ship next business day. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will ship the following Monday. If your order contains backordered pieces, the order will ship when all pieces are available.
We offer complimentary ground shipping on all domestic orders. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. Due to the high value of our jewelry, we require a signature upon delivery for all online orders. Use the USPS tracking number you receive to track domestic shipments through www.usps.com. You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account, too. And if you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your order number to expedite the process.
